ok so saturday night on the beltway coming home from pz
i floored it an to my surprise it stopped at 100.
is there anything i can do to make it go faster?
or do i need to get that hondata stuff?
its a d16z6 not sure if that matters but help please thanks.

best thing to do bro is to leave your bottem end and get a d16y8 head , ls injectors , and take your ecu or upgrade to a p28 ecu and get a chipped with a base map (for single cam v-tech) , also stage 1 or 2 clutch

check list:
d16y8 head (complete)
b18 ls injectors
p28 or our ecu chipped with a base map for single cam v-tech
after market clutch

chip - 30
ls injectors - 20-50
clutch - 80-150

well i can save 80-150 its a auto lol
where would i track the rest of the stuff down at?
i got the motor from a junkyard in soho.
and the shell from a trailer park.

an i was thinking about making it a 5 speed
but i drive alot in traffic going to work and i hate shifting all the time
the supra is 5 speed though.

Whether it is auto or manual it really doesn't matter. if you build it auto, regardless there is the wonderful thing called a TORQUE CONVERTER that will allow you to shift faster than any manual tranny out there. If you are maxing out at 100 that is probably where your governor is set at. but like what everyone says the p28 which is a D16Z6 Vtec ecu is nice but please make sure you do the necessary research before you dive into anything. and most importantly take your time, don't just keep throwing parts at it. good luck with the build
